Nerfs Endermen, can config to have them only pick up certain blocks, they currently pick up almost any block (except for obsidian and bedrock), even diamond block, and they ruined mobtraps, so I would suggest having this. (run once, generates a config, take down the server, config, bring back up)

This GIVES skills for use with the EXP system. (not saying that it HAS to be put in, I just thought it'd be good to have something that the EXP can be used for.)

I couldn't exactly find a plugin that disables EXP orbs from dropping besides a few non-bukkit mods.

Nerfing endermen? i don't know, i never really liked nerfing stuff that is 'working as intended'.
this is the way minecraft works and it doesnt feel right for me to nerf it.
I'll think about it (fellow admins? any comment on this?)

Skills, yes they are a WIP by himself and i think we should just be patient for to implement this himself.

Well, endermen had gotten a negative response, so their block-carrying was nerfed in 1.9.
However, they were made stronger, since they were so easy to kill.
