I just totaled my truck...
or rather, some dumbass teen girl totaled it by putting her daddy's car infront of it.
Highway speed, green light, going 55-60 MPH, some dumbass little girl desides to turn left from the oncomeing turning lane directly infront of me as I entered the intersection. I nailed her in the square in the side with the front (passenger side mostly) of my 92' ford explorer. Wife in the car with me (no kids thank god). Both the moron teen girls in the now totaled car were fine. I think they were following the teen girl in the car infront of them who turned left at a non-retarded time, and decided to follow her because it is certainly worth risking eminent death rather then be abit behind her. I'm guessing the passenger probably gasp as she watched in brief horror, the large blue truck barreling twords her face at highway speed, causeing the driver to briefly reconsiter the turn as she may have actualy slowed as to position herself perpendicular to my lane. The impact spun her daddies car 180* and bashed the crap out of the passenger side front and rear doors, shattering those windows and setting off their fancy side airbags that probably spared the dumbass driver from a blood shower curtacy of her passenger. Wife has alittle chest pain from the seatbelt, I bairly felt the impact myself and saw only the sideways popcorn shower (we were returning from the movies).

I had no insurance, but PLPD wouldnt really have helped with the exception of saveing me from getting a ticket for no insurance (yeah, I got one) as Michigan is a "no-fault" state. I'll half to pay the towing company $100 and give them the title and I have no ride to fucking work Monday... or ever for that matter. I was rather strapped for cash now as it is. Ticket will probably cost about $150, with "driver responsability fees" of probably $100 and then a $200 bill showing up next year.

Moral: Teenagers cant drive, Girls cant drive, Teenage Girls will try to kill you with their behond shitty driveing.

Now that I think about it... I think I know why she involuntarily attempted suicide infront of my vic. I think she turned left off of the highway infront of me because she had a green light!
For those of you underage who might have a valid excuse for not understanding... When turning left, you must still yield to oncomeing traffic... as opposed to pulling out infront of them as if they do not also have a green light. Even if this is the case, it should have been quite clear that my vic was not stopping for anything and was clearly going straight through that intersection.
