I need a downgrade

A few weeks ago i was on skype with mid and he gave me the IP to a 1.7.3 and now i dont have a downgrade.
Help?

Its a downgrade from 1.4 to 1.3, so when i update it will update it for all the updates and go straight to 1.7.3.

no its a general procedure, the topic was only made since the 1.4 downgrade.
