The Metro Massacre

I'm afraid to say I have a griefing to report about DMJabcs52. This took place in Metro at about 12:00 AM EDT, March 28th. He came into our town, and this all started when he pushed me off of the top of one of our skyscrapers. After that I hit him with a pickaxe and killed him. He got angry and continuously fought with us. Whenever he died I told him to remain calm and we would give his stuff back, only to get attacked again after giving it back. Ace came in to help as well. I ended up losing one full set of armor to the incident, and Ace2910 lost 2-4 stacks of arrows. IThere was not much physical damage, but he lured creepers into our buildings (see photo).

EDIT: I did not lose the armor due to DMJ stealing it but due to damages inflicted by him.

what I meant by that is intentionally leading creepers to buildings. which is what it sounded like he was doing.

I talked with DMJ, i have come to a conclusion that this was probably a misunderstanding.
Both involved parties thought the other killed first.

I have got complaints about DMJ before, but none with concrete evidence.
I have to keep everybody happy, DMJ doesnt get banned and will watch his actions.
