The server is down until further notice, this is because:

- Minecraft is updated to 1.2
- Hey0's / Bukkit server mod isnt out yet for 1.2, therefor there won't be whitelisting.

Server is up with the new bukkit plugin!

Whitelisting works.

This install is very basic and the following things are not working yet:

- Warps
- Homes
- Probably ALOT of other stuff

I will check later what I can do to make things working.

I managed to log in, but got booted 30 secs later. After that I got the infamous Connection Refused: Connect error

Its running with the servermod called "Simpleserver" right now, this is temporarily until bukkit gets his shit together (Hmod is discontinued).
Simpleserver has no warp capabilities unfortunately.

*note I have replaced all '!' commands by '/' commands because hmod also had those and u guys are used to them.

According to their forum thread it should be possible getting warp capabilities back...

The SMP api is outdated, i already check it but that one already stopped during alpha.

The best alternative as of this week IMHO, to work with SimpleServer, is craftbukkit. . It installs the exact same way as SMP API, then you drop plugins into a plugins folder to activate them.

That said, craftbukkit is not officially released yet, so seriously use at your own risk. Both craftbukkit and it's plugins are being updated almost hourly, and it's very easy to grab a new build that breaks plugins, or even a broken build.

The current build linked in the bukkit forums is BROKEN (yeah the one in the official how-to is currently broken). The good news, build #48 is verified to be working correctly with SimpleServer. It took forever to find and figure out how to download, so here is a link to the repo.

For other builds, click on a build #, select the Artifacts tab, and then you can download the .jar file.

I have the MyWarp, General , and MinecartMania plugins all running properly under build 48, and the latest SimpleServer, all in a detached Screen session under Linux. SimpleServer takes care of server backups, whitelisting, user management, etc, while craftbukkit adds plugin support. So far so good.

i installed them both, the general mod seems to work fine but the warp mod just doesnt.
Everything is ok in the server window, it loads up the mod but /warp JUST DOES NOT WORK.

its driving me crazy and i simply dont know what to do.

Maybe the newest version of mywarp is incompatible to snapshot 48? According to the last post in the MyWarp thread, 1.6 works with snapshot 75 of craftbukkit. But I have no idea how to find snapshot 75...
