Why do you want to be unbanned?: So I can enjoy playing some Minecraft again.
Why do you think we will unban you?: Because I want to undo the damage I have Caused.
Have you re-read the rules?: Yes
Do you understand that if you commit any such offenses in the future, you will not be unbanned?: I know I'm hanging by a thread.
Any additional info?: Ash deserves recognition for finding all of the damage I caused and not instantly banning me for the first thing he found where I had done wrong.

voted yes on basis of second chances. we gave many people second chances (ex. sindows and mid [yes i know you're going to object to that one]) and personal ties should not be a distinguishing factor between giving second chances to others.

I was about to vote yes, but then I went to your other thread and saw this:

I really dont have a clue why I was banned! I was on the server whilst Dave, ash and blue were on, I don't believe I was breaking any rules and then, BOOM 'Banned: The Ban Hammer has spoken' Great. Could someone please explain to me why I was banned, thanks !

We're not talking about a few block/item thefts here and there, Ash has recorded a list of over 700 infractions over the duration of 2 days. So, I fail to see how you failed to understand why you were banned. You must have known you were doing wrong, which means you lied, or you didn't know, which means you didn't read the rules - but lied about doing so to get Whitelisted. That's already two strikes in my books, so I'm going to vote no. No hard feelings.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe you should be unbanned. I believe in second chances, but you knowingly took many things from someone else, then completely aware what you were doing, posted on the forums swearing you hadn't a clue why you were banned.

UnBanning appeals are postponed durring closed whitelist. If we lack the tools to undo damages, the LAST thing we want is to reinstate a questionable player to the server.
I obstain as UrMum incidents were durring my hiatus, and the age of this post suggests that it was already resolved one way or the other; but I would definately not unbann ANYONE when the tools are off.
