SilverClub "claimed" my house

So, I was away for a few days and came back to find fences all over my house, a new bed placed upstairs, and doors put in the front and back of the house with [private] sliverclub signs above them. (I can only assume there's a mod somewhere that will keep people from entering or breaking doors when there are signs above like that)

It wasn't a big deal to remove everything, I just want someone to make sure that he knows he can't just randomly go placing stuff in people's houses, and definitely can't just claim them as his own. It seemed like nothing else was missing etc.

To tell you the truth, two people getting hacked on the same server and griefing seems unlikely. And around the same time.

I will check the server logs to see if he logged in from different ip's

I banned the ip that logged in with 'silverclub' on the server that does not correspond to the ip used on this forum.
I will not post the ip itself here due to privacy reasons but i will PM it to silverclub.
