Ok, so I need a bit of help with my own server. I dont have a website for it, (as I don't want to involve money with my server), but I need to stick my ip to a specific one. Every month or so, my public ip adress changes. I am aware that if i have a website for my server then I can do this, but I dont have one lol.
So, I was just asking, is there a way to change the ip adress for my server to something that never changes? Changing it in server.properties doesen't work. Thanks -donwhittam

Couldn't you use a static IP address as well? That's what I did, since WA servers require it, and I find it pretty handy for any other servers I run (changed my Minecraft to use the static IP for instance, although that's because my normal external IP didn't work... probably because of the static IP lol.)

Although chances are I'm wrong considering I have a really low knowledge about technology in general.

hmm it seems they changed their policy to payed only last november...
But i googled for you and there are 2 other services that do the same, for free:
