Floating Viking ship needs repairs

Okay so i was going to build a floating viking ship, and it was gonna come out neat via the plans i got from PMC, however i got lazy and didn't get around to finishing it, so today i was like maybe i should add water! What horrible judgement... Erm so we're having a hard time fixing it and could use help... I didn't intend for it to come out as retarded as it did.
