MAX READ New Town

Dear maxloader
i would like to applie to make a town on the new map called (Little italy )
I will not be able to build at all until around late december due to my horrible computer and i plan on getting a new one
but i would like to build it as a centeral fro anyone from CNY ( because there is a abundunce) with a apartment style housing system.

You don't need permission anymore to build a town.
Just build it far away of anything.

So the housing setup will be similar to Understone? Although I'm assuming it will be above ground. I think this could work well although I would like to hear a little more about the design planning.

Im not gonna say too much cause im still trying to figure out how everything will work but yes it is above ground i will release how evrythingg will work around christmas lol cause i dont have a comp tht works and im getting one for christmas so i want this to be a great town
