Unban magix36?

I know others have been getting unbanned and let this be ny nephews plea. From what i heard he placed a bunch of random blocks around zburg because some people were traping him in a cave. At the time he was new to minecraft he didnt know how big of a deal it was he had never heard of griefing. However now given that some others have been given a second chance maybe my nephew can too, maybe let him completely start over on a new world.
