Unbanning me

Okay so of those of you who know me, i was banned for hacking, yeah, i got a client from sindows and used it... All in all i had the client for like a month, before that i had no idea what a client was, ask ace and sindows. But we are not here to discus my client, nor are we here to discus sindows or ace, This is for me getting unbanned. I know a lot of you don't like me, and some do, Even if i require being muted forever, i only want to go back to a simple life on a server i love! I would NEVER greif maxloader.nl, this is the best server i have played on so far, by far. I also quit my career as a greifer because it gets boring and stupid. So now to my question, what do you think about me being unbanned, will you give me a second chance to prove i'm worth something?

@all admins/mods i do apologize for being annoying i just get excited, and btw i do not have any disorders. (except i might have OCD, which really doesn't affect me at all.)

So i unbanned evaid now too.
Its my server, i take responsibility.

But if you guys fuck up... really... i might do more shit than just ban you.

It is not a poll anymore, max did it. I'll post my "vote" anyway though.
My vote would be yes for mide, He has never really griefed that I'm aware of dispite being harrassed by sooneey. I dont see any real reason to not give him another shot so long as he is made aware that some find him annoying and that alone would make the poll results for his unbanning less then those of sind's (I'm plesantly supprised his turned out so favorable actualy).
My vote for Evaid would be No. He griefed shortly after getting unbanned for griefing. He was lucky to get unbanned for the first offence being that his "excuse" sucked and he went and did it again.

Lucky for you, Max has taken responsability. It IS his server and I support his call on this. Unlucky for you, I've written down your IP addresses and have alot of friends employed in the field of network security. Should Max deem it nessissary and/or this turn into a grief attack, I will personaly assure his "i might do more shit than just ban you" threat comes to fruition.

If mid gets banned again its kinda over-the-top to take his IP address into account?
Is it not kinda illegal to post his IP on to other places on the internet, I mean, without his permission?
No other server has ever done that and its a bit over-the-top man.
I mean shit, he could get hacked by some damn 4Chan dweller, so no offense. but think about what you are going to do.

LOL! No it is not illegal to post someone's IP. It is provided by you to every webpage or activity you do online. I never specified WHAT I might do either or under what circumstance so your technicly assumeing too much. Other servers DEFINATELY DO do things with your IP. That is why these 3 cant get into many servers, their rateing on MCBanns is HORRABLE due to them griefing other servers on a regular basis.
If they are true to thier word and don't grief, they have nothing to worry about. If not... then why are you defending griefers?? I think the admins and Max has proven more then forgiveing thus far.

IPs are not exactly hidden information. Unless you religiously use proxy servers (giveing them your IP and being quite paranoid) then your provideing it to everyone. That is how your computer is identified to those it communicates with. It's like saying "is it not kinda unfair to give away somebodys first name"...
It would also be unfair to ruin other peoples hard work on the server, but some people have done just that already. I on the other hand, have never mentioned anyone's IP or used such info for evil.
