Well here's a fix.
First of all, navigate to your .minecraft folder. (Go to "Run" -> %appdata%)
Go to Bin -> Natives.
There you will see two files called OpenAL32.dll and OpenAL64.dll.
Rename these two files to "OpenAL32.dll.old - OpenAL64.dll.old"
Once you've done that, navigate to your system32 folder. In there will also be
either a OpenAL32.dll or a OpenAL64.dll, simply copy and paste that in the
"Natives" folder.
Your folder should now look like this:

Now just open your Minecraft, turn on your volume and play!
