Something about minecarts...

I was in a minecart, while looking at the livemap while flying over unloaded chunks on the way to Saison.
Eventually, I reached the destination, but the something went wrong. On the livemap, it showed me moving in a Southeast direction at an extremely high speed.
I quickly tabbed back minecraft to find myself dead.
I had lost a diamond sword, a bow and 2 stacks of arrows, a diamond pickaxe, 2 Gold Blocks (was going to buy a place in Saison), a bucket, and 6 stacks of cobble.

Why u not used THE \back command?

Is that available to us now? I still get the "you don't have permission for this command" but I haven't tried it recently.

The ride to Saison isnt dark enough to spawn mobs. And, when you get there you are underground. It sounds like he suffocated.

I did try to use /back, when it did, it said "ERROR: Hole in floor."
Saison's rail seems like it has enough light to prevent mob spawn.
I have no idea how I could've suffocated there...
