Deadly vault warp

My Vault warp spawned me in a wall and Killed me. Hopefully Pest will be able to help me in a bit but I figured I'd post this anyway cause it sounds like I'm not the only one who's vault warp moved. Just a heads up. In case Pest can't help me I'll need help fixing my vault warp because I checked and it wasn't a one time thing, and also I had a diamond pick, an iron pick, and a couple stacks of redstone I'd like back. the rest of the stuff I had is more replaceable so I wont really worry about it.

So this is a bit embarrassing but it worked once so I hoped it was fixed and kept playing like normal, I made new picks and stuff and started mining again and then I tried warping back again and died again so I need to add 4 iron ore and two buckets to that list of missing items...

I'm just gonna reuse this thread every time I lose stuff unnaturally so as not to clutter the forum.
about 45 minutes ago I warped into a wall when trying to /warp mcc. Ace fixed the road there and it seems to be working alright again. but I did lose all of my stuff. my biggest concern of what I lost is about 11 dispensers and an iron door and about half a stack of smooth stone I was carting over to work on my obstacle course.

So I don't know if a dog counts as an item or not but mine vanished so I figured I'd ask. Are dogs things we can get back if they mysteriously vanish? I /homed and she wasn't there when I got there. So I went back to go see if she sat down herself for some reason but I couldn't find her anywhere, I even reloged twice to be sure she wasn't just invisible cause she's pulled that stunt on me before. but she's gone So if you think dogs count could I please get her back?

But it does not count as an item, cuz you cant have it in your inventory.
You can talk to an ingame admin to let him spawn you a new one and provide you with bones to tame it.

Hi again. I was riding my cart down my private rail and it went faster than the rail loaded. so I flew off the edge. so I punched my cart to stop it and let the world load catch up but something went wrong cause I died standing in a completely unloaded area. I went to look for my stuff but couldn't find it. If I could please get a refund on about 40 torches, a stack of rails, and an iron pick that would be great.

I returned you stuff to your inventory, but try not to exit the cart when the map isnt loading.
Minecart driving is serverside, so you will not fall into the hole (although it may look like it does).
If you don't drive over loaded terrain after a while just disconnect while in the cart and reconnect.
