You have to add the player's name where the wrote "NAME.png", and it will download the file. If you do not, you get the access denied page

Not long, maybe 3-5 mins? Longest part is getting the pose right. Given the box nature of the player model, it doesn't look look that great if you bend the arms too much.

Still not 100% happy with Jakals

For Pest, I went for a more of a dignified pose, its one of my personal favs
