This is a survival server, not a creative.

You can be, after a while.

You have to be admin, which will either not happen or be a very long time. I've been here since it was first public, and I'm a mod

How come no ones really ever on?

Sometimes it's just dead. We're waiting for more new players, because some people aren't active. Usually if someone is on, more people will.

Also expect it to be rather empty upon reaching a new MC update.
