Sure, the people who were banned at the same time as him were banned for similar reasons, and they were given another chance, so i'll say yes.

I don't remember him as trouble, I'm fine with an unban. I think the appeal was designed to offer another chance to those who are not blatent trouble and I think he qualifies under that discription.

i don't know if it's really hacking. i used a client named hack client. it's just for griefing.

I say Midzz should be given another chance , since he's a nice guy, but this should be his last chance.

I'm sick of this rule-breaking about banning. Either never let greifers/hackers back on or change the rule and let everyone on. By giving certain players more chances to be unbanned you are putting greifers above rule abiding players.

No, every banned player gets an unban if they appeal with the right reasons and substantiation.

Correct, this is his first appeal. So he is allowed to get a second chance, if the admins decide so, but not a third.

wait a minute, a hacked client specifically designed for greifing? I could see allowing someone back on who was banned for dicking around with some flight hack or something, but this sounds malicious. I firmly stand by my no vote.

Zombe's mod isn't necessarily intended for greifing, I actually think that midzz was using that, he had told me in-game that he used it while on maxloader before...
I was the only one there besides sooneey he was banned, he was banned by sooneey while he was flying (over a rail?) to get to places faster.

well, we would consiter that a bannable hacking offence. But it was not griefing exactly and that is somewhat to his credit.

I assume he re-read the rules and knows any modified client is a bannable offence and that another ban is not reverseable or subject to appeal.
The others we unbanned did far worse then he did, I see no reason not to give him a chance.

Knowing someone griefs on other servers is never a good sign, so stateing that the client was "for griefing" is definately NOT to one's credit. Honesty does count for alot though and knowing one griefs on other servers does not nessissarily bar someone from this server (we do not use MCBans). Even Sooneey appreciates honesty.
