New Metro

This will be done in the new map, with a vastly different design.

Ideas:
*Even stricter building standards, no random buildings placed around it (Lizrd... Mineturtle...)

*All buildings will be built to more realistic proportions.

*Roads will be wider.

***BETTER lighting.

*Rare/No use of cobblestone.

*Parkourable, to some extent.

*City will be built completely at sea-level. (This will take a LOT of mining to achieve, but in exchange, we will get a LOT of supplies needed to build the skyscrapers.)

*Better planning, probably make buildings in SP before actually making them

Less use of TNT?

This was/is my main peeve with current Metro, it looks ugly from all the TNT use



Talk to me about where you'd like to start it in the new map, and if you want, we could add some regioning, so you can effectively whitelist the city/area

lots of mineing to make it at sea level? Why not find a shallow lake or near sealevel area to construct it on?

Well, I had the idea to have it constructed on a plains biome, one of them might be large enough to hold the town.

I don't agree with the wider roads, I think they are fine. There definately has to be parkourable buildings though.

Looks good. I would suggest using yellow wool in the middle, but it's not wide enough for that lol.

2 rails... meaning 2 ways.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, what's stopping two players from using the same rail, in opposing directions? Who's to say which is the right rail to take in the right direction? And, if that all matters not, then why 2 rails?

I assume we Americans will insist that you obviously travel on the rightmost track and that goes without saying as you ALWAYSE use the track on the right side! Take THAT brities! SOCCER! SOCCER! SOCCER!

Necropolis rail will have it's own stations that leave no question as to the proper track (yes, it will be the right side)

Two people travelling in opposite directions with 1 rail = end up where you started, or be forced to get out of the minecarts and push them on a powered track.

There's two sides of a road for a reason :P

I vote for us to use the right side, as its USA and Europe standard, not too bothered about UK side lol

The server is located in the Netherlands and we drive on the right.
