Not many people have been white-list requesting lately (except that 1 griefer... >.<), and I think some form of advertisement might get a few people to join our server.
What do you guys think, and how/where should the server be advertised?

My favorite place to find out about servers is youtube. I know we've talked about this in the past, but we've never done it. We should make some quality minecraft awesomeness videos and post them on youtube. For example, a video of Dread's trap arena would probably attract a lot of attention cause it's Fucking epic. (from what I hear at least)

yeah, i had the same idea. i just can't do this , because my Computer is so freaking slow there is no way i can run Fraps+MC. So IF we want to do that, Someone else would have to make the video, i could still do the editing.

I can record, I have fraps and the juice to push it at framerate. I'd be quite happy to have someone else do the editing as well.

I have the link to this forum in my MC forums sig. Not helpful.

I would love to edit it, I do a lot of editing and I think I could do a good job, also I recorded a very short video of metro to test my editing skills in minecraft, I'll post it here soon

Now that the server's 1.8.1, it should be a good time to post advertisements.

I'll post a link to the forum on my Steam Account and Youtube account.
So hopefully people will see it and send in an application!
