That would be so good to add to the server. We could start building one and then just get an admin to add all the ice! Or an admin could give you a whole bunch of ice to do it...

I'd rather not hand out ice blocks to people, this is because its the same as handing out water (without a bucket).
You break the ice, then a flow of water starts to run.
Wrongly placed ice can, when broken, flush out a whole town of its torches, making monsters spawn and blow up alot of shit.

Free ice for everyone = Server apocalypse

Why are two important server people saying totally different things above me?

Max is saying he won't give out Ice blocks for free.

I'm saying, make a course, and I will replace sandstone for ice. Technically, that is not giving free ice blocks to people.

Im not saying admins won't turn shit into ice.
Just not giving ice blocks to other players.

EDIT: ok so I'm starting the course near S-town. for now it's starting out as a nine hole course. I'm going to lay down the sandstone first and leave the decorations for later. decorating isn't really a strength of mine so I'm planning on hiring out each hole to somebody who want's to decorate it. if you're interested, post here.

I'll definitely help with the course/decorating, I've already been testing some hole layouts in SSP so I have a few ideas for some holes.

That's great! you're welcome to add as many holes as you want. I was thinking to start off we'd do nine holes. and then we could add in sets of nine from there. try to rank your designs by which ones are harder in general than the others and we'll start with the easiest ones and work up to the harder ones.

EDIT: So I build a little supply shack near where I want the course to start. you'll find it built into the mountain right by the S-town wall to the north west of S-town. inside are a few basic supplies. use sandstone where you want ice and Gaz will replace it for us when we're done. (thank you Gaz)

Sooneey, if I started too close to S-town let me know. it shouldn't be too much trouble to move at this point.

Great idea! I've helped you with one course and now I'm building a 9 hole track myself in Zburgh, if that's ok. It'd be fun if multiple cities have their own 9 hole cours(es)!

YEah then we could have a PGA (pro golf) tour event. However I should let you know that there have been complaints that the one you made is insanely hard so you might want to ease up a bit on the difficulty.

The course I made in Zburgh or the one I made in your course? If you want you can easy it up .
