btw out of intrest, how come it takes so long to update? I have a server and i managed to update with bukkit, permissionsEX, essentials and some other need plugins after a few days of 1.2.3

Actually i don't want to build a specific spawn, just enter the world and let it develop naturally by all the players building whatever they want (not 1x1 towers ofc) and if you would like to build a spawn then ofc you can do so.

Okay, so I realize this is incredibly late because this thread as already been reduced to name calling. But I'd like to chime in and let everyone know that I'm 100% in favor of straight Vanilla minecraft. I don't know how many people are familiar with the Mindcrack Server (featured by many channels on youtube) but it's run completely vanilla and they do just fine. Of course they also allow pranking
Also, to whoever said vanilla isn't as fun... you're retarded.
