So this guy joined the server just a few minutes ago while scope and I were working, and said hi, etc, etc. He said something about how Scope had a nice house, then when we went to check it out, we found him tearing at Scope's beachville house. He already had a diamond pick and offered some diamond in exchang fo being allowed to grief, but we told him no and eventually he left. We got some screenshots:
