Go with a nether rail. it's the way of the future. it takes 1/8th of the rails it would normally take to get there. and it seems even shorter than that.

It's quicker, but more difficult.
But it's harder to find the main rail, in the nether. And you need to secure your track on all sides in the ...

Great idea! I've helped you with one course and now I'm building a 9 hole track myself in Zburgh, if that's ok. It'd be fun if multiple cities have their own 9 hole cours(es)!

It's a bit like "The Siege" that I have suggested once, where a group builds a fort and tries to hold off zombies (from spawners) for 2 nights, In a row. There are two "teams". Team People, and Team Zombie. The objective, as I said before, is to survive.

I agree, the free signs are a no-go.
But healing signs may come in handy in certain places.

True. So the question is: All players may use them (which will kill the foodmarket), or just admins (which can be annoying for them, because they have to make lots of, have to decide when it's allowed and ...

- No-one should be allowed to use the 'free' sign, to keep this server a bit of RP/trade stylish.

A big arena (coloseum) can be very beautiful, but it's also useful for fights.

Treetown is a new city. The warp is 'treetown'.

Yeah, that you can buy and sell things. But not that you have to stay in character all the time.

I think it is bad if you may only live in one town at a time. In real life, you may buy multiple houses if you want, so why not in minecraft? It will make cities be able to grow.

And I think we need some clear rules about shops, like if they may be on normal plots or have to be in a special trading ...
