Greetings,

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we have a very high volume of correspondence to reply to, and as such we are taking longer than usual to address your concerns.

Please rest assured that your emails have been received and will be answered as soon as possible. There is no need to send additional emails or write from more than one email address as this will delay our response while we ensure that due process is followed with regard to your account.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience during this delay.

Regards,

Subject: Account Banned for no reason

Dear Blizzard,

My account: Maxloader

Has been banned for no reason!

On the subscription page it says charge back, but I didn't charge it back!

In fact you didn't even charge me with the costs yet, and normally it
happens in about 2-3 weeks after I subscribed again.(about now)

I admit I cancel my subscription always after I updated it again because I
don't like it when its automatically withdrawn, sometimes I don't have time
to play so I don't want to pay.

But that should have nothing to do with this, if it does I am sure we can
come to a solution for this.

I heard from a friend that this happened to another guy too, to reolve the
issue he had to pay with a credit card? Sorry? But I don't have a credit
card.

Sincerely,

Alex de Raadt
